Please take note of our Cancellation Policy. We require all appointments to be canceled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service charged to your card on file.
At Lotus Massage Therapy, we take pride in upholding a professional therapeutic massage practice. Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to stop any services early if such behavior is displayed. In such cases, we will still collect full payment for the scheduled service.
We also have a Late Arrival Policy in place. Your appointment starts at the scheduled time, and if you arrive late, the amount of time you're late will be taken off the massage. Therefore, we strongly recommend that new clients arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork.
